Contact Forms can be added to your website. 

We advise always using a captcha to avoid being overloaded with spam submissions.

You can add / edit / remove fields on forms.

You also have some control over where the data is sent, how to reply to the form.

Form submissions may end up in your junk mail. However, C5 should keep a log of all form submissions on your website if enabled. You can view form responses here & export data too.

Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulty editing a field, you can delete it & add in a new field.

Multi-lingual - if you are having difficulty with a form translation, delete the form from the non-EN site, and add in a new form block. You can then add in all translations exactly as you like.
