What does it mean?
Feefo is a customer feedback platform specialising in the collection of verified reviews from genuine purchasers. Businesses utilise Feefo to gather authentic customer feedback, thereby enhancing trust and enabling data-driven improvements to their products or services based on real user experiences.
What more effective way to promote your offerings than through the testimonials of satisfied customers? This is where the customer review panel assumes a prominent role. Upon establishing a Feefo account, each sale transacted on your website is automatically recorded within their system. Following the completion of a tour, Feefo sends an automated follow-up email to the customer, soliciting feedback on their experience with your product. This feedback is securely stored and accessible via API integration. Subsequently, the website retrieves this data, curating and displaying your top five most recent five-star reviews in the homepage footer section.
What should I do?
Should you wish to enable this impactful sales resource, kindly verify that you have adhered to the subsequent procedures:
1. Verify that a Feefo account is set up. If this is not the case, please contact the Gray Line Corporation head office for the necessary arrangements.
2. Login to WordPress and go to SIDE PANEL> SETTINGS> GRAY LINE TOURCMS LICENSEE TOURCMS PLUGIN
3. Check the checkboxes below ‘Feefo Switch’ to enable the Reviews and uncheck the checkboxes to disable.
Understanding the settings:
- Activating 'Enable Feefo Reviews' will display customer reviews directly on the respective tour details.
- Activating 'Enable Feefo Review On Home Page' will enable the customer feedback section situated above the 'What our customers are saying' feature set on the homepage."
4. Adjustments to the introductory text and background image can be made via the homepage editing function. To do this, navigate to Pages > All Pages > Home > Edit. If the 'Home' page is not visible in the page list, you can quickly find it by entering 'home' in the search box at the top right.
After clicking 'Edit' on this page, locate the 'Feefo Review Settings' section.
Remember to save your changes when you are done.
