Pages have a lot of attributes can be set.
E.g. Meta info, SEO, page hiding from various places, thumbnail image etc.
If you've noticed your page has "no index" meta tag, this means that it will not appear in search engine results. This may have been set before you wanted to "launch" a page, to keep it hidden. To remove this / switch it off, edit the "Exclude from Page Index".
