Where do I find it?
Configuration > System & setup > General bookings
What does it mean?
The new voucher design in TourCMS offers a cleaner, more modern layout that improves readability and enhances the customer experience. It includes clearer booking details and individual QR codes per ticket/ component - making it easier for suppliers to scan and manage guests on arrival.
An invoice is also included if the relevant setting is enabled.
What should I do?
To enable the new voucher design in TourCMS, follow these steps:
1. Go to Configuration > System & Setup > General Bookings.
2. Scroll down to the Voucher section.
3. At the bottom, you’ll find the Voucher Design setting with two options:
- Standard voucher design (default option) is the current version.
- New voucher design – Select this to switch to the updated version.
Choose the design you prefer and save your changes.
If you select the new voucher design:
- TourCMS will use the updated layout for all vouchers.
- The “Print voucher” button will directly generate the new design.
Like the standard version, the new design splits passengers by component. For example, if a booking includes two different rate types (e.g., adults and children), the voucher will display separate tickets for each, each with its own QR code.
If you select the standard design:
- TourCMS will continue to use the current layout.
- A new Preview voucher design link will appear on the booking page, allowing you to see how the new version looks.
There's also an option to show the invoice or receipt page on the voucher. To activate this functionality, navigate to Configuration > System & Setup > General Bookings, scroll to the 'Voucher' section, and select the 'Show receipt on voucher' option.
