What does it mean?
The ‘Agents’ page provides travel agents with access to exclusive tools and resources for booking tours and managing reservations with the Gray Line licensee. Agents can log in to streamline their workflow, access special rates, and manage customer bookings efficiently.
This page redirects your agents to the TourCMS booking engine portal.
Agents must register on your website before making bookings. They can complete this process independently.
How is the agent login process?
Once agents click the Agent registration link, they are redirected to the registration page:
Here, they must enter their information to register as Gray Line agents as part of the Gray Line Travel Agents program. After completing the registration form, Gray Line Worldwide will confirm their acceptance within 1-2 business days.
Then, they can click the ‘Agents’ link on your website and select ‘Make bookings’ to start making bookings.
What should I do?
How to edit the Agents page?
Each page category has a fixed design template; the design template cannot be edited, but content can be edited within the existing blocks/widgets or using new blocks.
Navigate to SIDE PANEL> Pages > Agents and click ‘Edit’ and you will enter into the edit page mode.
Here you can edit the content and apply the format.
The changes will appear on the web after saving.
