What does it mean?
The downloadable tours list lets you export the tours in your TourCMS account together with their key IDs and mapping details. This makes it easier to share accurate tour information with OTAs, integration partners, or your internal team when products need to be mapped or reviewed.
The export includes useful information such as the Tour ID, tour name, tour status, tour code, supplier tour code, markup type, and Mapping Assistant type. Tour status helps you identify whether a tour is private, public, or distributed, including the distributed red and distributed green states.
It’s especially helpful when preparing product mapping for OTAs. It gives partners a clear list of the products in your TourCMS account and reduces the risk of sharing the wrong tour ID.
For best results, download a fresh list before starting a new mapping project or before sending product details to an external partner.
What should I do?
Follow these steps to download your tour list:
- In TourCMS, go to PRODUCTS > TOURS and select the option to download or export the tours list.
- Open the downloaded file and review the tour details you need, such as Tour ID, Tour name, Tour status, Tour code, Supplier tour code, Markup type, and Mapping Assistant type.
- Share the relevant IDs with the OTA, integration partner, or Palisis/TourCMS Support team when mapping products or requesting assistance.
💡 Tip: Use this export whenever you need a quick overview of all tours in an account or need to provide tour IDs for OTA mapping.
📝 Note: The file reflects the tours and settings available in your account at the time of download. If you make changes later, download a new copy to keep your records up to date.
