How to setup pickup points?

In this video, we will explain you how to configure pickup points for your tours.

Hello! I'm going to explain how pickup points work.

Creating a New Pickup Point
Please go to your Configuration system, then Setup, and then click on Pickup Points. Scroll down, enter the name of your new pickup point here, and click "Create." Once created, it will appear in the list.

Editing a Pickup Point
You can edit a pickup point by clicking on it. Let's take this one as an example. You can change its name, add further information, specify the address, define the map location, and set the desired permissions. Don't forget to click "Save All Changes" to apply your modifications.

Assigning Pickup Points to a Tour
Now, if we go to one of our tours (I've selected this one), within the Setup section, you will see a new tab called "Hotel Pickups." Here, you can assign individual hotel pickups and their corresponding times to that specific tour, like this.

Pickup Points in the Booking Process
Finally, if we attempt to make a booking, you will see this pickup point listed. Furthermore, on the booking editor screen, you will find a "Hotel Pickups" section where you can also add, edit, or remove hotel pickups as needed.
