Hi there! Imagine that you cancelled a booking for some reason, but now you would like to reverse it. Well, in this video, I will show you how to reopen a booking.
Go to the booking that you would like to reopen. In my case, it is the Madrid Hop-On Hop-Off 24 Hours that I cancelled before. Go to the booking. And here, the first thing that you need to do to reopen, which you can read here, is to switch or activate the Super User Mode. You can do that by clicking here on the crown located next to your username in the top right corner of the screen. Once you click on it, as you see, the colour here on the tabs has turned red, and the crown is now purple. I would like to highlight here that not every user has super-user permissions. The setting depends on the permissions that the administrator has given you. So, if you don't have it, please check with your administrator.
Alright, now that we are in the Super User Mode, you see up here the Reopen option. So click on it. It asks you if you would like to reopen the booking. "Yes, reopen it." And voilà! The booking has now been reopened.
Here, you can select if you would like to have the booking provisional or confirmed. I would like to confirm it. So update the status. And voilà! The booking is now confirmed and reopened.
