In this video, we will explain to you what the inline notification webhook is, and how to use it.

In this video, I am going to explain the Inline Booking Notification Webhook.

Please go to your Configuration, System and Setup, click on Webhooks. Now scroll down, and you will see the Inline Webhook Settings.

What are Inline Webhooks?
Okay, the inline webhooks are variants on our standard booking notification webhook with the following distinctions:

They allow you to provide TourCMS with extra information related to a booking.
Your response to the inline webhooks can return the subsystem booking reference and ticket information for use on vouchers.
Besides that, they run inline during TourCMS's standard process rather than being sent after the fact.
Please note that the inline webhook only works for bookings made via API.

It is good for you to know that the inline webhooks respect the same channel restrictions as the standard webhooks, which can be configured here. Click here and Save Changes.

In addition to that, exclusive to the inline webhooks, it is possible to white list and blacklist individual tools. Fill in this field, click again on Save Changes, and that's all.
