Hello everyone and welcome to the first review of the better version of Tour CMS. Here we talk about information that, using the home page, you can find all your KPIs in a summary of all the operations at a glance.

Let's look at the first section. The purple boxes show the total revenues that we made today, and next to it, the revenue made month-to-date, meaning from the beginning of the month until today. You can also see a comparison with the revenue of yesterday, as well as the same month last year. This arrow here indicates if there has been an increase or decrease in revenue. In my case, the arrow is pointing upwards in both cases because in comparison to yesterday and last year's revenue, it is higher today.

The dark squares show the overview of the number of bookings made for today, together with the amount of passengers that were expected to have, and on the right, those who have already checked in. If you click on either of the two boxes, you can see a more detailed page of the bookings. Here you can see an additional box with the vouchers that haven't been redeemed yet. And then here appear all the bookings for today with the status of each booking, the customer, the start date, and the number of passengers.

This icon here allows you to edit the booking, and next to it, to check in the passengers. This red light here on the left shows if the passengers have been checked in or not. If they were checked in, it would be green. So, since it is a red light, they are checking for the Madrid Hop-On Hop-Off 24 hours. Click on Check In and then it will bring you to the check-in page. On the right side, you can read that the check-in hasn't been done yet. So, click on Check-in Orders for Today, and voilà! All passengers have been checked in. If you go back to the home page, the number here has already changed from 0 to a number of passengers from the booking who have checked in, which were 11.

In the home page, you can also see what are the five top-selling products. If you click on any of them, it will redirect you to the Dates and Prices tab of the tour to check the capacity of the next departures.

This yellow box here shows important things in your account of Tour CMS that need to be adapted in order to avoid issues in the system. It could be tours with incomplete information, tools that can be improved, or channels where the API is not enabled. In my case, I have tours with incomplete data. So, clicking on this link brings me to the page where I see all tools that have incomplete data. You can edit them by clicking on this icon here under Actions. Above here, you have two links to create a new booking or a new inquiry, but I will explain this in another video.

Moving on to the next section, the upcoming departures show the capacity of the next tours. You can see the date of the departure, the time, the name of the tour, and its capacity. Clicking on Manifest redirects me to the overview page of the booking for the departure. This page sounds familiar to you, right? Indeed, we were here before when we clicked on the text squares of the home page. However, the difference is that it shows me this specific booking that I clicked on, and not all the recent bookings.

This section of Latest Bookings, as the name itself says, shows all the bookings that have been made recently. It provides information of the tour name, the event date, number of passengers, revenue, and their source of the booking. Clicking on View Booking brings me to the detailed page of the booking where you can make any adjustments.

And lastly, Distribution at a Glance shows on the left side the OTA the supplier is connected to. In my case, I don't have any, but those who have will appear here. On the right side, you can find the actual sales. If you click on this link, it will show me all the marketplace agents that are verified, those that I am connected to or not connected with, and the latest agents that have been signed up for Tour CMS. The fifth one simply gives suggestions for the OTAs to connect to.

So that's it! Thank you for watching.
