In this video, we will explain to you how to download dates and prices of your tours.

Hi! In this video, I'm going to show you how to download all the dates and prices of a specific tour. There are two ways to do so.
Method 1: From the Tour's Dates and Prices Tab
For the first one, you need to go to the tour that you would like to add the departures and price list for. For that, go to Products and click on Tours. Then, once you know which tour you want to have, click on this icon here and go to Date and Prices. Once you are there, you will see here a link that says Download Tour Departures. By clicking on this link, you will see that an Excel file has been downloaded.
Method 2: From the Products Overview
The second way to download the price list is much faster. For that, you need to go to Products and then Overview. And then, under the Action column, select this icon here and click on Downloads.
Great, so when you open the Excel file, it will look like this. This spreadsheet contains information for departures since the beginning of the season you have configured for that tour. It shows the start and end date, the status (if it's open or already closed), the offer price if there is any, also the capacity and if there are any block spaces, and the different rate types and prices.
