In this video, we will explain to you how to cancel a booking.

Hi everyone! In my last video, I explained to you how to make a new booking. Well, in this one, I will show you how to cancel one. It's quite simple.
First, go to Bookings and search for the booking that you would like to cancel. In my case, I would like to cancel the Majestic Tour planned for tomorrow. Go to the booking, and on the right side of the screen where you can see the booking status, if you click here, you can choose the reason for the cancellation. I will choose "Bad Weather." Then click on Update Status, and voilà! The booking is now cancelled, as you can see here.
