Hello everybody! In this video, we're going to learn how to export our customer data from TourCMS.
Exporting Customer Data
We do that again in Reports. We want to go to Reports from our TourCMS homepage, head straight to Reports, and herein Give Me My Data, you can just choose the Customer Export.
So you get a pretty big selection of options you can check here:
You can choose if you want the bookers, or if you want the travellers and inquirers, or any uncategorized customer you might have (it's customers or staff).
If they have the marketing permitted, if you just want all the customer records independently of the marketing settings, or just the ones who don't want any marketing.
You can also choose which marketing setting they have activated.
And you can export, on the one hand, just basic contact information (that will give you a smaller Excel sheet), or the extra customer data fields and expanded data for names and addresses, and CRM data.
If we download this, for example, here will give you a pretty complete customer file from your customers, as you can see here. So you have the report here, and you can see all your customer data in this exported report.
And that's actually how to extract the customer data from TourCMS.
