How to generate an arrivals report?

In this video, we will explain to you how to connect to generate an arrivals report.

Hello again! In this video, we're going to have a look at the arrivals reports in TourCMS.

Arrivals Reports
So we head from our home page to the Reports tab. We choose Reports, and then you see there are like three different kinds of arrival reports here.

If we choose the first one, we can only choose a date range for the arrivals, a Voucher Redemption State (so if only checked vouchers, not checked-in vouchers, or all the vouchers). We can choose a certain supplier for the arrivals. The report type (if it's all active bookings or just the confirmed ones). Again, we can apply a Product Filter, Travel Agent if we want, and Tour Times.

So if we refresh it, we will see at a glance all the arrivals we have to expect for a given date. So we only have this one adult here who should have arrived 1st of December, but anyway, this will give you a nice overview of how many people to expect every day. You can also download this report, of course.

And if we head back to the reports, we can also do a Weekly Summary of our arrivals. Same as before, we will get the total, for example, for one week, and also a summary of, let's say, all the bookings within a time range. So in this case, we have three bookings here within this time range.

So that's a pretty neat feature on how many people to expect for a given date or date range.
