In this video, we will explain to you what the 'Today' report is.

Hello there! In this video, we are going to look at a very interesting report feature in TourCMS, which is called the Today Report.
Understanding the Today Report
So what does that mean? If we go to Reports, we'll go straight to our Today Report, and once we click on it, we get a very simple but useful overview of all the bookings that are taking place today.
You can see the bookings that came in today already, like the number of bookings and how many people are on those bookings. If you click on this button here, you will be taken directly to the bookings, and you can have a deeper look into each booking. You can see the already arrived, checked-in people, and you can also see the vouchers that haven't been checked in until now. From here, you can check in the booking directly.
So let's say these people arrive, so you can check in the booking straight away here. And now you can see our voucher has just changed from "not yet checked in" to "already arrived." So the Today Report, let's say, gives us a very nice overview of what's happening right now, right today.
