Hello again! In this video, I'm going to show you how to add a payment gateway to your TourCMS account. Payment gateways are necessary if you want to accept credit card payments. TourCMS supports a lot of different payment gateways.
Adding a Payment Gateway
To add a new payment gateway, we go once again to Configuration, System and Setup, and then to Credit Card Payments. Now you can just type in the name of your new payment gateway and select the gateway you want to work with. Every gateway works a little differently, and you need to enter slightly different information, which is normally provided by the gateway.
To see a full list of the supported payment gateways, you just click here, and you will be taken to our payment gateway page, where you can see all the supported payment gateways. Many of our customers work, for instance, with TrustMyTravel, which is pretty easy to set up.
If you can't find your desired payment gateway here in this listing, you can always use Spridley, which is a payment gateway aggregator and supports more than 120 gateways all around the world. So if you go to spridley.com/gateways, you can see all the supported gateways, and I'm pretty sure you will find your desired gateway in this list. If you want to do an integration with Spridley for any of these gateways, you need to contact us at support@palaces.com in order to do this setup with you.
If you want to add any other supported gateway, you just select the gateway you want to add from the list, click on Create, and then your payment gateway is created. You will then have to enter the provided information, which you can find on your payment gateway backend. Once you enter all the provided information, you will be able to Save the Changes, and now your new payment gateway is set up.
Configuring the Gateway for a Channel
In order to start accepting payments with this gateway, you need to configure it for your channel. So you go to Configuration and Channels. You head to Payment and Credit Cards, and then you can select one of the created payment gateways for each of the sales channels you are working with in Palaces.
So, it's pretty easy and pretty straightforward to add a new payment gateway.
