I'm going to explain how to manage your users. Keep in mind that only account owners are allowed to create a new user.

Managing Users and Creating New Ones
To manage your users and create new ones, go to your Home Page, click on Configuration, and then Users. There you will find a form that you need to fill in with the user information. Click on Create a Staff User Account, and the new user will appear immediately here.

Click on Setup, Permission, and Main Setup.

With the main settings, you can activate or deactivate the user and change the password. Here you can update the user and corporate information. Here you can define the maximisation duration and restrict access.

With the User Role setting, you can decide the power of your new user. It can be Super User, Account Owner, or both. You can manage the permissions for booking, and you can also allow the user to do check-ins and voucher redemptions.

With the following settings, you can decide if you want to give your new user full access or if you only want them to have access to the Read-Only option. You can also allow this user to receive an email when any other user is locked out as a result of too many failed login attempts.
