I'm going to explain how to set up email templates. Tour CMS allows you to create different templates that you can send either to your customers or to your suppliers.
The first thing is to select which channels you want to configure. So please go to your Configuration, click on Channels, and select the corresponding channel with the dropdown menu. And now click on Email Templates.
There are many templates that can be used. The number one templates are for external use, that is, customers, and can be suppressed by the travel agent. And the number two templates are internal notifications, and they cannot be suppressed by the travel agent settings.
You would like to know that it is not necessary to enable all the templates, but we do recommend that at least five of them are: New Bookings, Confirm Booking Number One, Confirm Booking Number Two, Cancelled Booking Number Two, and Payment Failed.
Now, in order to enable the template, you just need to tick the box here. Then you have to choose to whom you want to send the template, from which email address it will be sent, the name, and the subject.
In regards to the email body, here's an example, but we have this PDF in which you can find all the necessary tokens that can be used. After that is done, you can select if you want to copy any staff or member. It's possible to add multiple email addresses separated by a comma. And as always, don't forget to click Save Changes.
Let's take a look at an email example. You will receive something like this, and it will depend on the body of the email. The rest of the templates will be configured in the same way. Please note that if you need to change the body of the email, let's see another example, Number Two. Okay, that's all.
Remember we have an article about it. You can take it should you need any further assistance!
