In this video, we will explain you how to add something else to a booking.

Hi! In this video, I am going to show you how to add something to a booking, and by "something," I mean adding a tour or an option.
Adding a Tour to an Existing Booking
For that, you first need to go to the specific booking by clicking on Bookings, Bookings again. I would like to add something to the last booking I made, which was a Vienna Tour. Click on the eye icon here.
Once you are in the booking screen overview, scroll down a bit. In the Product tab, where we are right now, you can see the options to add something to this booking. The first one, Add Tour, allows you to add a new tour to this booking. So by clicking on this link, you will land on the new booking page.
As I showed in my previous video on how to make a new booking, you can filter the information about the tour that you want to book. For example, I want to add the Majestic Tour to this booking, and the date range I want is from today until Sunday. Then click on Go, and then all available Majestic Tours will appear here.
As you can see, there is one that appears in purple, the first one. This means that you cannot book it, either because the tour has already started or because it has no more capacity. So let's book the tour for the 23rd of December, for example. You do that by clicking on this arrow here on the right side. And the next step is to allocate the people of the initial booking. It says "Allocate two people" because I had two, and I had two adults. Then click on Continue Booking, and voilà, the new tour has been added! You can see both tours now in the Product tab. Here's the Majestic Tour, and also, if you go to the booking page, you see that it appears as "Multiple Tours Booked."
Adding an Option to an Existing Booking
Alright, so let's go back to the booking because we now want to add an option to one of the tours or both. So to do that, you need to click on the links here, Add Option. Let's do it for the Vienna Tour. And then this will show you the options that you have configured for this tour. In my case, I created a Travel Insurance option. Select the quantity and then click on Add Option. Now in the Product tab, you can see that the Travel Insurance has been booked for the Vienna Tour.
