How to create pickup places in TourCMS?

Now you have already created your pick-up points, we can get down to business.

There is a feature in Palisis to map each pick-up point with its corresponding pickup place in TourCMS. So head to Configuration > Transportation > Pick-up routes and then select the route you want to map. Once here, let's start with the first pick-up point of the route:

- Click on "Edit"

- Enter the "TourCMS ID" for that pickup point. You can find this information in TourCMS going to Homepage > Configuration & setup > Pickup points. The first column shows the "TourCMS ID" we need for the mapping.

Finally, you need to repeat the same process for each pick-up point and with these changes, now your API bookings will reach Palisis with the pick-up point, if applicable.

Mapping with Viator

TourCMS has the ability to map the pick-up points with Viator. Once you establish the connection with them in TourCMS Marketplace and go back to the pick-up point settings (Configuration> System&Setup > Pickup points), you will see that there is a new box for Viator name. You should enter the exact same name as you have in Viator. Once you click on save changes, the pick-up point is mapped with Viator.
