This is on by default.
To switch off, login to TourCMS > Tours > Choose Tour > Descriptions & Image > Custom Fields
Update "Mobile and Printed Vouchers" field, insert the word false
Save
Once updated, it may take several hours for the cache to clear, once it has, that tour will no longer display "Mobile & printed vouchers accepted" info on that tour page.

If you do not have the custom field in TourCMS, you can easily create it.
Login to TourCMS
Create a new content field
Name: Mobile and Printed Vouchers
Tag: vouchers
Type: Single text line
