Connecting your Viator supplier to TourCMS is an essential step to maximize your sales and reach more customers. Here's a quick guide on how to connect to Viator:
What is Viator?
Viator is an online travel agency (OTA) that offers a wide range of tours and activities around the world. By connecting your Viator supplier to TourCMS, you can manage your products and bookings in one place.

How to Connect to Viator?
Once you have a contract in place with Viator, please contact the Tour CMS team to complete the configuration of your connection by adding your Viator Supplier ID and API key within TourCMS.
On Viator's portal, go to Account / Connectivity and choose TourCMS as your Reservation system.
An invite code is required to connect to Viator through the TourCMS Marketplace. Contact our Support team here or your Customer Success Manager to obtain this code.
Please note that you cannot connect the same Viator supplier ID to multiple channels. If you have multiple supplier IDs, each one must be connected to a different TourCMS channel.
Adding a Second Connection
After successfully connecting your Viator supplier to one channel, you can add a second connection by clicking on the "Add New" button and following the same steps.

➕ Can I connect the same Viator supplier ID to more than one TourCMS channel?
No. The same Viator supplier ID cannot be connected to multiple TourCMS channels. If you manage several Viator supplier IDs, each one must be connected to a different TourCMS channel.
➕ I have multiple Viator supplier IDs. How should I connect them in TourCMS?
Create or use a separate TourCMS channel for each Viator supplier ID, then connect each supplier ID to its own channel via CONFIGURATION - SYSTEM & SETUP - THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS - Viator.
➕ I can’t see Viator under Third Party Integrations. What should I do?
First, check that you are in the correct channel and have sufficient user permissions. If it still doesn’t appear, contact our team so we can check your account configuration.
➕ I followed the steps but my Viator products are not appearing in TourCMS. What next?
Check these points first:
- Confirm the correct Viator Supplier ID is entered.
- Make sure your Viator account is active and configured to use TourCMS as the reservation system.
- Give the connection a few minutes to synchronize.
