How to provide us access to your GetYourGuide portal?

What does it mean?

The GetYourGuide portal will require a compulsory 2-way verification process, which would not allow access to your respective portal for the TourCMS Support/Distribution teams.

Please note this is for account log-ins that have access to the financial information on your GYG portal. Therefore, if you create a login that only has access to Operations and share that with the TourCMS Distribution team, we will be able to continue assisting you with mapping issues.


What should I do?

If you already have an existing account profile on your GYG portal with access to operations ONLY, please share that with us.

If all existing account profiles have access to finance details, please follow the below steps to allow access for the Distribution team to your GetYourGuide portal:

Account / Add a new account profile:




Please create a new account profile with an email address from your company that is not in use yet.

Palisis email addresses are already in use on at least one account on GYG portals, and the GYG's system would not allow the same email address to be on 2 different accounts. Please, once done, share the credentials with Guillem or me so we can take a record of it internally. 


Please ensure to allow access to the Operations section ONLY:

  • Can create and manage products

  • Can request changes to products

  • Can view, approve, and cancel bookings

  • Cannot access financial info
