Where do I find it?
PARTNERS > MARKEPLACE AGENTS > CTrip
What does it mean?
Trip.com (formerly Ctrip) is an international online travel agency. The website is owned by Trip.com Group, one of the world's largest online travel agencies with over 400 million users worldwide.
This article explains the steps required to connect with this agent.
What should I do?
First, as an operator, you must have a commercial agreement with Trip.com. To set this up, you need to contact them directly.
After that, set up the connection in TourCMS by following these steps:
1. Go to Partners > Marketplace Agents.
2. Search for Ctrip and click the icon to connect with the agent. Ensure you select TourCMS agent ID 36367, as this is the verified one. Other agents with the same name may appear in the list but are not verified.
3. Select the respective TourCMS channel, choose a net rate, ensure you select the ‘Trusted Travel agent’ permission, and click ‘Create connection’. For more details, please visit this video.
Note: Trip.com's system requires net rates to operate automatically. Therefore, suppliers connecting to Trip.com must create net rate tiers in TourCMS and ensure that each product has an assigned net rate. Please, find more information about net rates here.
