What does it mean?
You may need your TourCMS channel ID and API key to connect your channel to an online travel agency (OTA), Google Things to do, an app integration, or a website. Any integration that uses the API may require these details.
This article explains where to find your channel ID and API key, and includes an important reminder about keeping your API key secure.
What should I do?
- Log in to your TourCMS backend. Go to PARTNERS > DATA QUALITY. If you manage more than one channel, find the affected channel.
- Look for the channel ID in the top-left corner of the channel card.
You can also find the channel ID and API key together in CONFIGURATION > SYSTEM & SETUP > API. This page lists each channel and its API key.
Keep your API key secure. Do not change it unless it is necessary. If you need to change it for security reasons, contact our team first so we can help prevent your integrations from being interrupted.

Channel ID: This identifies the TourCMS channel you want to connect.
API key: This authenticates API requests for that channel. Treat it like a password and share it only with a trusted integration provider or developer who needs it.
