How to sign up with GetYourGuide in TourCMS
You can find a checklist of steps to connect with GetYourGuide under the section Partners, Marketplace Agents, where you would need to look up GetYourGuide and click on the Connect button. This will take you to the checklist.
Connecting to GetYourGuide
You can sign up with GetYourGuide through this link. And the next step would be to set up your product on the GetYourGuide supplier extranet. Articles on how to do that can be found here.
The next step would be to establish a Tour CMS Marketplace connection to GetYourGuide. Make sure that's Agent 33495 and choose connection permissions Trusted Travel Agent, which will ensure the connection between Tour CMS and GetYourGuide without restrictions. Here we are, the connection is created.
Whitelisting Tours
Once connected to TourCMS, you will see an option to Whitelist Tours. This link will bring you to the whitelist itself, where you can tick or untick the products that you wish to distribute via GetYourGuide. If a box is ticked, TourCMS API will forward the information to the corresponding tool to GetYourGuide. If not, the product stays hidden from all communication with GetYourGuide. Please be careful when editing this list, as unticking connected mapped products will break their API connection with GetYourGuide.
Make sure to Save Changes at the bottom, and that's how your whitelist is updated.
