Hello, in this video, we are going to explain how to configure or customise your booking engine. So we will need to go to Configuration, Channels, then select your Channel, and here you have the Booking Engine section. Okay, we have different steps in the process, in the booking process, Step 1, 2, from step one to five, and we can start with the step one. Step one first setting is the Master Switch, on or off. If you want to take online bookings or off, no online bookings or only show availability. Here you can change the label of Step 1 of 5. This one, you can even delete it. Okay, the top text here, you can decide if show short description or not. In my case, I'm showing a short description, it's this one. And then continue with different label, checking availability, to select tickets, select time, different word in here, you can change them. Apart from them, you can decide if you want to first show the first available date in the calendar, or in the table, we'll see later. You can show here a display here calendar or table, and you can jump directly to their first available date or this month, or one month later, two months later, so on. If you want to show alternative tours or not, it depends on the configuration of your tour, so here in your tour, if you have selected to show an alternative tour, here you will see the alternative tool in a drop down. If you want to show bookable spaces or not, the label, different wording, show prices or high prices, show broad coats or hybrid codes, the label, texting the button. Next button, it's also possible to change it. And regards to tour departures, here it's information regarding of the available departure in case you select the table, the layout table. In my case, I've selected a layout calendar, okay. This part is asked first, if you have to configure the ask first sitting here in your tour, by default none. It's not usual to configure that, it's an advanced setting. Show all departures or not, if you select the table, okay, table or next departures, you can decide or display in a different order. Okay, and here important thing is layout on filter if you want to show the calendar. In my case, now I'm displaying the calendar, but I can select for instance, next four departures, and here I will show only next four departures and so on. If you have any option or extra added to your tour, depending on the configuration, we can see here add to extra, in my case I have an accommodation. So here, customer could select accommodation or not, or just leave it at zero. Anyway, you can configure here if you want to show a summary or hide a summary, show the option or not, change the text, you can also even decide if you want to show all the extensions for instance, but high prices and option table or hide product codes. You can also change the next text in the next button. Okay, and then click next. Step is Step number three, it is related to the customer information. We can also change head in text, lead Booker or text and membership OTP promo code text, notes or special requirements. We can change everything, and here we can decide what information we want to request from our customers as a mandatory field. So if you want for instance, in my case, I've selected email address as a mandatory, so it means all customers needs most enter the email address or else they can't continue in the booking process. It's not mandatory, in my case, mandatory information is email address and also the customer name, okay, name and also email address. But you can change it every time. And yeah, more additional information from your customers, date of birth, gender, nationality, and so on. And also you can change the text. Apart from that, you can tick this if you want to make the hotel pick up as mandatory, if it's select configured on the selector. Okay, and here you can also change the text. Here you can show promo code or not, in my case I display the promo code and also the membership number, you can also change the text here. You can also show or not show the notes or special requirements, which is this last field here text field. In my case, it's selected so it's displayed, and also the next part you can change it.
