How to get tracking URLs for agents (article)

This article explains how to create tracking URLs that you can send to your partners to implement on their websites. Once the partner clicks on the URL, it will redirect him/her to the supplier's website.

In order to set this up, access your TourCMS account > Partner > Local Agents search for the specific agent and click on Tracking.


In the Target URL field, enter the URL of the webpage you want to lead customers to, with a specific result of tours. Click on Generate tracking URL.


You will find the corresponding link to send to your partner to implement on his/her website.



How does the tracking work?

These tracking links set a cookie on the customer’s browser so when he goes on to book, the links are tracked and the agent who the tracking URL was for will be assigned to any booking made (within 365 days of the click). Both supplier and agent can check these clicks and bookings on:
